Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Nexus Digital website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Nexus Digital provides digital solutions including: web development and design, digital strategy consulting, cloud solutions and migration, brand identity services, and managed IT services.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the deliverables created specifically for them. Nexus Digital retains ownership of: pre-existing frameworks, tools, and methodologies; general knowledge and skills acquired during project execution; and source code libraries and components not specifically created for the client.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms: 50% deposit required before project commencement; 50% balance due upon project completion; monthly retainer services billed in advance; invoices payable within 14 days of receipt.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nexus Digital's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
